Shipping and delivery
Depending on the kind of product and destination the website system will automatically select the most suitable carriers and method of delivery. In some cases you can choose carrier ( GLS, DHL, Parcel DPD, PostNL) and method or moment of delivery yourself (during the day, evening, Saturday, mailbox or collection point/shop). Delivery timing, method or moment of delivery and the shipping costs are largely depending on kind of products ordered and destination:
NORMAL: products with a length below 150 cm
For orders under € 20,- we are obliged to charge a surcharge of € 2,-.

LARGE: products with a length from 150 cm
For orders under € 50,- we are obliged to charge a surcharge of € 10,-. This because of the high packing and shipping costs.

MAILBOX: small items
For low value product that fit into the mailbox like starters, goggles and other small parts. You can also choose for shipment as a package if you prefer (day and evening delivery).
For orders under € 20,- we are obliged to charge a surcharge of € 2,-.

Track & Trace
On the day we ship the order you will receive an email with a confirmation of shipment in the evening with a track and trace link. By using this link you can follow the order.
Depending on the carrier it is sometimes possible to make an online request for an approximate delivery timing so you do not have to wait all day.
Islands
Large packages ordered for delivery to Islands will have an allowance in most cases. Avoid surprises and contact our customer service before ordering. Depending on address and size of the order the allowance may vary between € 10,- and € 30,-.
Cash on delivery
Because of the increasingly high costs of this system and decreasing interest for this system because of so many alternative safe digital methods of payment, we no longer offer cash on delivery anymore. You can use insured payment through Credit card and PayPal or in some cases the postpay system Riverty. This depends on the country.
Delivery time
The delivery time starts once we received the order and the payment (if you choose for normal bank payment this can take a few days). We ship our orders from Monday to Friday so not in the weekend. If you want your package to be delivered on a specific day call us immediately after you ordered or before and we arrange it. We can only do this for Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. With a large package delivered by GLS you can arrange this direct with the carrier up to 5 days in advance with Flex Delivery Service .
Delivery in most cases will be in line with the delivery schedule mentioned before. Incidental deviations may occur. Please always check the track and trace first. If you have any question mail or call us.
Delivery methods
GLS with Flex Delivery Service (only for Netherlands)
After placing your order you may decide before the first delivery where and when you want the package to be delivered. On the day we ship the product you will receive an email from GLS with the expected delivery day. This day does not suit you? What can you do or change online:
- another day with specific time frame
- pick up at one of the 550 GLS parcelshops
(often possible also in the evening and the weekend) - early morning pick up at GLS depot
Incase you are not at home the deliverer most of the time will try the neighbours. If he cannot deliver the package you will receive an email from GLS and the deliverer should leave a note in your mailbox with a code to make a new appointment. Again you can choose what day and time suits you best.
DHL Parcel
Standard delivery by DHL Parcel is next day. Delivery days from Monday to Saturday. At the checkout of your order you choose daytime or evening delivery (18 - 21 pm, not on Saturday). Time of delivery and more information can be found on the website of DHL Parcel.
Incase you are not at home the deliverer most of the time will try the neighbours. If he cannot deliver the package he will leave a note in your mailbox. On this note you will find day and time period when package will be delivered again. You are also offered the opportunity to give a preference about day and time period or delivery at one of the 1.900 DHL parcelshops where you can pick up afterwards.
PostNL
PostNL delivery is always day after shipment from Monday to Saturday. At the checkout of your order you choose daytime or evening delivery (18 - 22 pm, not on Saturday).Through the Track and Trace you can check the expected delivery timing online. More information can be found on the website of PostNL.
Incase you are not at home the deliverer most of the time will try the neighbours. If he cannot deliver the package he will leave a note in your mailbox. On this note you will find day and time period when package will be delivered again. You are also offered the opportunity to give a preference about day and time period or delivery at one of the 2.000 PostNL shops where you can pick up afterwards.
