14 days right of withdrawal (Englisch)

Upon purchasing our products you have the possibility to cancel the purchase without the obligation to give a reason for at least 14 days. These 14 days start on the day you received the goods. Of course you have to handle the products and the package with care during this period. You will only unpack to see whether you want to keep the products or not. It's not the intention that you start using the product and then return it. Basically the idea is that you may look and inspect the product like you would in a physical store.

Incase you want to use your right to cancel the agreement (withdrawal) we kindly ask you to contact our customer service first. Preferably by email but you may call as well. Please provide us with the following data:

• Ordernumber
• Name and address
• Which products do you want to return
• If you wish to exchange products than clearly mention for which products.
• You would help us when you can give us the reason for return in order to enable us to improve our services.

After we received your information we will get back to you by email as soon as possible with further questions and or instructions. After cancellation you still have 14 days to return the product(s).

Costs in case of withdrawal

Depreciation
You are only responsible for depreciation of the goods as a result of using the products exceeding the need to determine the nature, characteristics and function. In general you may only look and inspect the products as you would do in a physical store.

Return shipment
Incase you use your right of withdrawal only the shipment costs for the return are on your expenses. Attention: packages for long lamps (packages from 150 cm) are quite expensive to ship back. Depending on country and region this may vary between € 25,- to € 75,-. Upon receiving the return we will refund into your account the total value of the purchase within 14 days form the day of withdrawal. We also included this into our general conditions so you will never have to wait long for the refund:

The entrepreneur compensates all payments from the consumer including any delivery costs charged immediately but at the latest within 14 days after the day of withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to pick up the return himself he is entitled to wait with refund until the return goods have been received or until the consumer sends a proof of return shipment whatever comes first. The entrepreneur uses the same method of refund as the original payment method used by the consumer unless agreed otherwise. The refund comes without any costs for the consumer.

Dopo l’acquisto dei nostri prodotti, Lei avrà la possibilità di annullare il contratto, entro quattordici (14) giorni, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione. Tale periodo inizia il giorno successivo al ricevimento del prodotto da parte o per conto del cliente. Ovviamente, durante questo periodo, dovrà maneggiare con cura il prodotto e il relativo imballo. Disimballerà o userà il prodotto soltanto nella misura necessaria per valutare se desidera tenerlo. Il principio di base, in questo caso, è che potrà maneggiare e ispezionare il prodotto soltanto come farebbe in negozio.

Qualora desideri avvalersi del diritto di recesso, Le chiediamo cortesemente di contattare prima il nostro Servizio di assistenza clienti (preferibilmente tramite e-mail). Indichi chiaramente i seguenti dati:

• Numero dell’ordine
• Nome e dati dell’indirizzo
• Quali articoli e quantità desidera restituire
• Nel caso desideri cambiare degli articoli, La preghiamo di indicare chiaramente quali intende cambiare
• Eventualmente, indichi anche il motivo del reso, così da permetterci di migliorare la prestazione dei nostri servizi

Le invieremo ulteriori istruzioni tramite e-mail il prima possibile. Dopo il recesso, avrà ancora 14 giorni di tempo per restituire il prodotto.

Costi in caso di recesso

Deprezzamento
Lei è responsabile solo del deprezzamento delle merci risultante dall'uso di queste, che vada oltre quanto necessario per determinare la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento delle suddette. Il principio di base, in questo caso, è che potrà maneggiare e ispezionare il prodotto soltanto come farebbe in negozio.

Resi
Qualora si avvalga del diritto di recesso, Le verranno addebitate al massimo le spese di restituzione della merce (attenzione: indicativamente, per i pacchetti di grandi dimensioni a partire da 150 cm: da 20,- € a 30,- €). Qualora abbia già pagato un importo, Le rimborseremo il suddetto il prima possibile (al più tardi, entro 14 giorni dall’annullamento). Lo abbiamo incluso per Lei anche nelle nostre Condizioni generali come di seguito, per non farLe mai attendere troppo a lungo un rimborso:

Il venditore rimborserà tutti i pagamenti effettuati dal cliente, comprese le eventuali spese di consegna addebitate dal venditore per il prodotto reso, tempestivamente ma pur sempre entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui il cliente lo ha informato del recesso. A meno che il venditore si offra di ritirare egli stesso il prodotto, dovrà aspettare a effettuare il rimborso fino al ricevimento del prodotto, o fino a che il cliente dimostri di aver restituito il prodotto, a seconda di quale possibilità si verifichi per prima. Per il rimborso, il venditore si avvarrà dello stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato dal cliente, a meno che questi ne accetti un altro. Il rimborso per il cliente è gratuito.

Bij de aankoop van onze producten heeft u de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst zonder opgave van redenen te ontbinden gedurende ten minste veertien dagen. Deze termijn gaat in op de dag na ontvangst van het product door of namens de consument. Uiteraard dient u tijdens deze periode zorgvuldig om te gaan met het product en de verpakking. U zult het product slechts in die mate uitpakken of gebruiken voor zover dat nodig is om te kunnen beoordelen of u het product wenst te behouden. Uitgangspunt hierbij is dat u het product slechts mag hanteren en inspecteren zoals u dat in een winkel zou mogen doen.

Indien u van uw herroepingsrecht gebruik wilt maken verzoeken wij u eerst even contact op te nemen met onze klantenservice (bij voorkeur per mail). Vermeldt hierbij duidelijk de volgende gegevens:

• Ordernummer
• Naam en adres gegevens
• Welke artikelen én aantallen u retour wilt sturen
• Als u artikelen wilt omruilen, dan graag even duidelijk aangegeven voor wat u het wilt omruilen
• Eventueel de reden van retour, zodat we onze dienstverlening kunnen verbeteren

U ontvangt van ons zo spoedig mogelijk verdere instructies per e-mail. Na herroeping heeft u nog 14 dagen de tijd om het product terug te sturen.

Kosten in geval van herroeping

Waardevermindering
U bent alleen aansprakelijk voor de waardevermindering van de goederen die het gevolg is van het gebruik van de goederen, dat verder gaat dan nodig is om de aard, de kenmerken en de werking van de goederen vast te stellen. Uitgangspunt hierbij is dat u het product slechts mag hanteren en inspecteren zoals u dat in een winkel zou mogen doen.

Retourzending
Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, komen ten hoogste de kosten van terugzending voor uw rekening (let op: indicatie grote pakketen vanaf 150 cm: € 20,- tot € 30,-). Indien u reeds een bedrag betaald heeft, zullen wij dit bedrag zo spoedig mogelijk (uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na ontbinding) terugbetalen. We hebben dit voor u ook als volgt in onze algemene voorwaarden opgenomen, zodat u nooit lang hoeft te wachten op terugbetaling:

De ondernemer vergoedt alle betalingen van de consument, inclusief eventuele leveringskosten door de ondernemer in rekening gebracht voor het geretourneerde product, onverwijld doch binnen 14 dagen volgend op de dag waarop de consument hem de herroeping meldt. Tenzij de ondernemer aanbiedt het product zelf af te halen, mag hij wachten met terugbetalen tot hij het product heeft ontvangen of tot de consument aantoont dat hij het product heeft teruggezonden, naar gelang welk tijdstip eerder valt. De ondernemer gebruikt voor terugbetaling hetzelfde betaalmiddel dat de consument heeft gebruikt, tenzij de consument instemt met een andere methode. De terugbetaling is kosteloos voor de consument.
